One class, one meeting room
Enable the shared-link option so everyone booking the same group slot receives the same Zoom meeting. This matters when guests reserve their places separately.
Private sessions stay separate
Without the shared-slot option, the guide describes a unique meeting for each booking. Choose deliberately between one-to-one and group delivery.
A host who can run the session
Connect the relevant host accounts and test the meeting ownership. Your selected organizer needs the right Zoom access to deliver the service.

Three steps to your first test booking.

Connect Zoom
Open Cowlendar → Team, edit the admin or teammate and choose Connect Zoom in General. Authorize the account that should host the sessions.

Choose the meeting behavior
Edit the service and set Meeting location to Zoom. For a class, enable “Use the same meeting link for all bookings in the same slot”.

Book as two customers
For a group service, place two test bookings in one time slot and verify that both receive the same meeting link. For private sessions, verify their individual links.

Cowlendar manages the bookable places in your service. Zoom manages the meeting itself. Set a group capacity that works with your Zoom account’s participant and meeting limits, and decide which provider can host overlapping sessions.
Zoom is a separate service
A Cowlendar plan does not include a paid Zoom subscription or change Zoom’s meeting limits.
Match the group-link setting to the offer
A shared group slot and a private session require different link behavior. Test before customers book.
Verify the revised invitation
When changing a time or host, inspect the updated meeting and the customer’s notification.

Does Cowlendar generate Zoom links automatically?
Yes, after Zoom is connected and selected as the service’s meeting location. The connection and digital-service setup must both be completed.
Can everyone in one class join the same Zoom meeting?
Yes. Enable the option to use the same meeting link for all bookings in the same slot.
Is Zoom included in the Cowlendar subscription?
No. Your Zoom account and any paid Zoom plan are separate. Choose a Zoom plan that fits the duration and size of your sessions.
Can I sell both private calls and group sessions?
Yes. Configure separate services and select the appropriate meeting-link behavior and participant capacity for each.
